Moms For Jesus

Ipinagdiriwang ang araw ng mga ina na may kasiyahan at pananabik nitong nakaraan linggo Mayo 13, 2012. Ilan sa miyembro ng Moms for Jesus ay nag bigay papuri sa ating Panginoon Jesu Cristo sa pamamagitan ng pag sayaw. Tunghayin natin ito sa pamamagitan ng pag "click" sa video.

Sendong Victims Relief

Last December 2011 the Northern part of Mindanao, Philippines was lashed by a typhoon named "Sendong", leaving hundreds of families homeless and thousand dead.

In response to the call to help, Moms for Jesus members and friends donated their stuff for Sendong Victims. Many responded and the ordered mega box was filled up in no time. It was sent to  Tabang Sendong Relief Action Center at Xavier University Gym Corrales Ave. Cagayan De Oro City 900 Philippines.

Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.   Hebrews 13:16

Baby Shower

Thanks to all who shared their time, prayer, blessings and talents. It lasted until 6:30PM. The bonding among attendees was a blast! The laughs, the crying are priceless --- thanks sa memory guys! May the good Lord be with us all!!!!

Moms for Jesus 3rd Year Anniversary

Yup! God is so good! Yesterday, we in Moms for Jesus celebrated our 3rd years of bonding and sharing. To give the celebration a blast of excitement -- Mommys' sung "Pasasalamat"song, offering it all to our Almighty God, and provide refreshment for our TIC - tagalog family.
We wore, for the first time our red MJ t-shirt. Ang cute namin ano?! Our fellowship will continue as God send us His Spirit of love, unity, understanding and compassion.

Message from Helen Yeh: Moms for Jesus coordinator

"Hi to Everyone;

MOMS for JESUS is three years now and looking back MOMS for JESUS started only two to three MOMS and now we gain into 27 members . I as the coordinator of this ministry would like to thanks our GOD almighty and of course my fellow MOMS for there support. For the next year, MOMS for JESUS still needs everyone support and i encourage you Mother's who are not yet part of MOMS for JESUS to join us and enjoy the friendship with us. We have as lot of things planned for the coming years and with GOD'S help i know that we can make this achieve. Again HAPPY 3RD ANNIVERSARY to my fellow MOMS thank you !"

Moms For Jesus visit CSS

This morning, 10 members of Moms for Jesus visited Christian Salvation Service - Muen Nursery . It is an orphanage that houses babies and toddlers.

It was a very pleasant experience for us! It reminded us once again how we took care of our own children.... not so long ago.

I bet, they enjoyed our company too! For they wiggled and jumped as we sung them Christian songs, like For the Lord is my tower, This is the day and my favorite, This Little light of mine. Some babies were even mesmerized with us! I’m not sure if it's because of our beautiful faces or how wacky we were that day. (Hmmm ??!!)

We thank God for this wonderful day!

We are also thankful for the CSS friendly staff for allowing us to experience once again how to be with God little angels. We are surely going back again! SOON!!

Moms For Jesus : Outing 2011

Yes! Finally Moms for Jesus group had their first outing. It was held in Danshui, New Taipei City last May 1, 2011.
"God is so good. We Moms for Jesus had a marvelous time with our God Almighty. Singing and praising to Him our Majesty. Expressing our love to the creator of the universe! 'Father God We Love You' ".

Moms for Jesus: Bonding Time

Our bonding time is limited today, for most of us need to rush to 'Gateway' for the ongoing 'Leadership training'. So we made sure we spent it wisely.

We started it in prayer , led by Sis. Nely. Discussed Sis. Helen propose project, and then end the bonding time in prayer led by Sis. Mila.

Psalm 4:1
Answer me when I call to you, O my righteous God. Give me relief from my distress; be merciful to me and hear my prayer.

Mark 11:22-25 "'Have faith in God,' Jesus answered. 'I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, "Go, throw yourself into the sea," and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins'"

ABOUT US
We are a group of Filipino Christian mothers who are living in Taiwan. We are part of Taipei International Church (TIC)- Tagalog Fellowship which is an evangelical interdenominational congregation. Majority of our group members are oversees contract worker mothers from the Philippines. Our main objective is to uplift each others mental, emotional and spiritual condition by having GOOD QUALITY moments with fellow moms and to pray for our children.

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  


• We believe that Jesus Christ is the true Messiah.

All mothers based in Taiwan, who possess the same faith as ours, willing to support and attend the group activities and projects.
